haha thanks, yea i was sitting in my garage for about 4 hours today waiting for it to come hahaha, but yea two of my friends and me put it on, its not perfect but its pretty good, i might adjust it a little later, some of the weave isnt perfect but then again its only a 475 dollar hood its pretty good for what it is, so im happy, its the double-sided one from gravana. thanks for the comments, yea i only make like 200 bucks a paycheck cuz i barely work and only make like 6 bucks an hour, but like ALL my money goes into my car lol, i love it! im ordering pro kit later this week.

Must be nice :P I make way more than that per paycheck, but end up having WAY less than that after bills...

8 . Looks good with the hood..especially the way it runs into the darkened headlights...keep it up . As for SCs question, Wikky is right, adding a turbo could potentially boost the non-SS models up to 205hp with a stage one...on average they put out 60hp and start somewhere around $1800 - $2000 USD. Problem being turbos tend to cause more problems than a S/C so there's always that chance you blow a boost pipe out the side of your hood .

wikky, awesome hood. i cant wait to get a new one!

and before we get yelled at for being off topic, im in the works on getting a custom turbo set up done, which on most other cars, including a cavy ecotec, prodcued about 11HP per pound of boost, and i could probably run 8-9 psi without gutting the engine... so I'm lookin at about 230 HP, to the wheels. at that point im sure i could strengthen the internals, run some more boost, and throw in some nitrous and easily hit 275. just a preview.

lol nice! it was pretty easy to put on, however now i have no more hood prop, and our cars dont have like normal prop rods on them either so i have to hold the hood up now all the time, you could easy fab one in though and there is a spot kinda for the hood strut thing

some people are like you should have got a scoop, but honestly i dont think a scoop would look good on my car, mainly because my car is very plain, no lips, no spoiler, and a scoop just wouldnt flow right, plus our hoods on our cars are very short if you havent noticed, so the scoop, at least the ss style one, looks very out of place to me, i just dont like it, plus im planning on a certain paint job to be added to this one, and before anyone asks why would you paint it, the whole thing wont be painted you will just have to wait and see, thanks for the comments!
