That's the bitch, isn't it? There are all kinds of tiny f**k-ups from my little projects on the car that drive me crazy but no one else can see them. Just remember that it looks good to the rest of us!

Yeah..but you know what...Im glad i did it myself. Yeah i scratched it, yeah i spent MOST of my day standing in 113 degree heat sweating my ***** off removing enough adhesive, that i could get a garbage truck to stick upsidedown under a bridge...but it was worth standing there nodding my head when i was done. Besides i have 3 scratches on the trunk now...so i figgure y not repaint it...maybe even fill in the trunk lock?? hmmm idea!

Yeah...too much adhesive. I guess GM knew we on SS.NET would be pushing 300 WHP some day and put on the extra glue in fear of it breaking rite off

Just did mine today and DAMN there is so much sicky stuff there i'm supprised that they even bothered using screws. I ended up using a thin zip tie to wedge under there and kind of slice the foam in half to get it off. It wouldnt come off with a pull thats for sure!!!

Got a question for you? Where did you get the vinyl? I have a black SS/SC and have no idea where to get vinly to cover the holes. I'm not bothering with filling them and spending the money because i'm trading it in soon but i love the lines better without the fin, but to each their own right. Plus now it looks like a bullet!

If anyone knows where to get a vinly strip or two that would help me tons!!

Again i think it looks sick without and glad im part of the club. And seeing out the rear view ROCKS!!!!

I'm torn over the whole wing/no wing thing. At first I hated it and was just going to put on the lower SS N/A style wing that the other Cobalt coupes have, but the more of those I saw, the more I didn't like them either. And Wingless looks cool, but I think you need to have the lowered a bit and maybe some more aggressive bodywork for it to look right.

Anyways, the big wing is growing on me and I'll keep it until I feel like dishing out the dough for a RK sport unit.

Looks good jason, I agree that you need to lower it now though.
