I've been thinking about doing my headliner and pillars in this stuff. It comes in Gunmetal color too.

As for glue I've heard good things about 3m super 77 spray adhesive.

Chris I wrapped mine in black suede, used 3M trim adhesive, turned out great!

I agree with Omiotek. Weldwood in the blue can out of a spray gun is best. If you have to use a rattle can dont use the 3M 77. Look for high temperature one like 3M 76 so it doesnt fall in the summer heat.
3M Super 77 Multipurpose Spray Adhesive: spray aerosol adhesives, adhesive aerosols, aerosol spray adhesives product information, 3M U.S.:*3M

Miami Corp has some good fabrics. You can try this place as well
Headliner Fabric and Kits
THey both carry automotive materials that are UV resistant and wont fade or discolour in the sun like some of the cheaper ones you can buy in a fabric store.

PS Look for a glue supplier in because I dont think anyone will ship it over the border.
