ZZP Triple Gauge Pillar PROBLEM!
ZZP Triple Gauge Pillar PROBLEM!
So I just got my triple pod in today, I was super excited until I installed it. I bought it because of all the good reviews it receives and I know ZZP is an excellent company. Cutting to the chase, my pillar fits like absolute garbage! I ordered the right one(Coupe) and installed it right, this isn't my first rodeo
When I opened the box, there were brown smudges in a few places(they wiped off), there are "bubbles" on the pillar, like little speed bumps lol, the edge along the windshield is not straight, it goes from low to high back to low, my aeroforce gauges do not sit flush. The gauge itself goes in no problem but the trim ring hits the wall going into the hole. It's almost like the top two are on different angles and both point towards the passenger seat one worse than the other and I can barley read them. The whole pillar itself doesn't go in straight. It curves more towards the driver seat and there is about a half inch space between the windshield and the pillar.
I am disappointed and a little frustrated about this whole thing, it probably is a bad molding. ZZP is a great company and has awesome, great quality parts but I was expecting a nicer pillar than the one I received. I haven't contacted them yet but I am sure they will have no problem sending me a new one but I was just so excited to get it. Now Ill have to wait longer
I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and venting a little frustration.
Thanks

I stated in the OP that I haven't yet. Just seeing if anyone else has had this problem. I know they are a great company so that's why I'm a little confused at how this pillar fits like garbage.
The top two pods are on different angles. The top one points more towards the passenger seat and the middle one does to but not as bad. The gauges won't go all the way in because the ring is hitting the wall of the pillar.
