Some welding required. It will come in a big flat box with the preformed main loop and all the bars separate. If you just want a 6 point you can leave the side bars out.

Thats how I bought it. Im going to use it for a template to bend up some moly that I have left over from the door slammer days. Ill find a use for the extra tubing.

i asked before but cant find the thread but is that a turbo T.A. or a 350? i had a 87tpi T.A. miss it badly

Its the 350 TPI. The turbo was in 89

Keep in mind that it's a drag bar, not made or approved for road racing.

Also, you'll need a fixed back seat and harnesses, unless you want to run the risk of your head hitting a bar... The stock belt and seats will be unsafe.

Stock. I don't run a bar/cage in my Cobalt. If you want to go cheap, you can get a Kirkey, but FIA approved would be better and safer. I'd vote Kirkey over a steel tube frame FIA approved seat. If you can find a fiberglass approved seat that fits, and isn't too much, go with that. I haven't shopped for a seat in ages, so I couldn't tell you current models.
