chevy sponsor's it.. and its no normal cobalt.. its got mad parts of off other chevy's.. a corvette mastercylinder to give the clutch enough pressure to release. jus to name one. and dosent it have the IRL comp pack boost gauge light ladder tach? pretty usefull huh?

most of those teams have more research, money, and time in to their builds. that is also the car from that street tuner challenge show.

speed has all the schedules on the site... not sure which page but they are there
well the stripped down caged thing is obvious because they need a roll cage to even set a tire on the track ... for performance competition purposes

The car is built allmost the same as the four or more that run in the new Koni Challenge(Grand-Am cup) the biggest differences are the exhuast, NOS, I think the Koni cars have close to a stock exhaust on them and obviously no NOS. Also The driver of that Cobalt is one of the best with multiple championships in Showroom stock racing.

anyone mention the $10,000 set of custom bilstein shocks. or the fact that they reengineered the stock bar btween the rear tires to be adjustable and oh yea they acid dipped the entire chassis to further lighten the car.
