I have a thread posted from my first autocross. Today was my second time around and was much much much better. 1st time out I actually kept blowing off the charge pipe. I am guessing it was just really hot. it was about 99 degrees outside! So I stopped running the car the first day and just spectaded.

2nd Day (Today) was the actuall post time and pictures etc were taken and uploaded to the site (Times and pics will be up soon) I met a guy there with an FR-S and it was super nice. Him and I kept running 1.04 and 1.05 . We shaved some seconds off and it came down to the last 2 runs. I set a 1.02.64 and he came back to do a run of 1.02.24! It was intens but fun competition. LAST AND FINAL RUN ... he came back with an impressive 1.01.22... time for me to set 101.22 or better... before I list my final time I want to state that I was running all these in Competetive mode and I saw ESC enabled come on and questioned it . I finally checked it out and turned ESC off! I never knew you could do that lol

So now I am driving a completely different car haha. Over steer like crazy haha

I DID my last and final run after the FR-S that set a 1.01.22 record time.... I hit the course HARD... I was braking till ABS kicked in and just swinging it!!! I Felt like I did very well that last time around ...... EVeryone gathered to get the time and it was .................................................. ......


1.00.31 !!!! I beat it by just milliseconds!. It was such good competitive fun and was just such a blast!!!!! I did so much better finding out that I can take off ESC.

No videos this time around but great great times with awesome people.

 

Cool Good Job! I only autocrossed once. I felt my ABS kick in a few times too. My friend said if my tires are squealing your doing it right. Id love to go again sometime.
BTW What's ESC?
