Yeah, thats pretty much it. Filter upside down so that the K&N logo is upside down. You will see the metal clip holding the cotton filter together. If you pretend thats an hour hand rotate it so that it leans slightly towards 1pm direction when facing the filter installed on the car.

but yeah he just sold his evo late last week....i didn't know he got a supra i know he was looking to get a 2jzgt to put in an m3

oh yeah whats the deal with this filter i will get you to look at mine saturday i really didn't look at which way the filter is on.....i don't have any gauges at the moment so i can't measure anything waiting on that mpx pod to come out
