I have been fighting problems with my hids from eBay and am really considering just purchasing from buyhids.com if it will fix my problem. Every ballast I get the bulb flickers and changes colors like crazy with (xentex slim ballast) i do have a relay wired with my hids. Is this somethign common with cheap kits? If so buyhids.com has a new customer.
