So.. I got my projector kit a little while ago

2 Fog, 2 Bi-Xenon

1 Ballast was bad had to send it back
Ballast I got back also went bad

Now my passenger side projector lens, is stuck on high beam...

I know you guys blame everything on the relay, but my driver side is fine... and when I switched over the whole headlight unit to the driver side to test.. same thing that little flap is down and it won't flip up

What do I do?
