Congrats. You will love the car. It's pretty quick too. It seems as if all the new SS/SC's have the G85 package . When I bought mine, the g85 was unheard of . Anyway good luck with it

yeah I worked out a deal at the dealership, They are giving me $1000 towards winter rims and tires. That was one thing I said they had to give me or I wasn't buying it.

None of the dealerships in the area have the G85 equiped Cobalts in stock, they are shipping mine in from somewhere. I drove one a couple weeks ago without that package and I think I am going to love it even more with the LSD.

You definately will notice a difference with the LSD!! It feels totally different when you accelerate hard. Congrats!

Well it looks like I have to wait till Thursday or Friday. They had a problem with the dealership releasing the car so it will be in tomorrow and it needs plates and detailing and all that fun stuff. I'm waiting VERY impatiently, hahaha

AHHHH, The car is in but I can't have it. I can see it and touch it and smell it but I can't drive it!

I am dreading this winter. Who in their right mind buys a brand new BLACK car in the winter?? I think I am half retarded, haha.

On a side note, What are you guys/girls paying for insurance in Ontario. I just got my quote for $3987 for the year

Holy ****. That's a lot. I'm paying $135/mth (6-star driving record - mind you, I'm sure that won't last long with this car!). It would have been $10 cheaper/mth had I gotten the side air bags which I originally requested. Oh, and my deduct. is $500, which really hurt (ME!) when I hit a deer two months ago with my Acura. OUCHIMAMA!

Yah, you are retarded.
But then so am I for waxing my car tonight when it's minus 10 . My neighbours looked at me like I was SEVERELY retarded. I just can't STAND a dirty black car!!! She looks gorgeous now - as will yours

I'm 23 with an at fault accident in Oct of 2001 and I have 2 minor speeding tickets. One for 12 over and one for 23 over. Hopfully next year when i re-new it will be a lot cheaper. One of my tickets will be off my recod then and so will the accident.
