I won't be able to make this one, i don't want to get stuck in the bracket racing chaos. I'll be at St Thomas Saturday night with some crazy modded Grand am's and Grand Prixs. Anyone want to join me, let me know.

 

If I make it back into town on time I might be able to head down to St. Thomas...it all depends on when I leave Waterloo and if I stop at home along the way. I probably wouldn't bother running...I think I've beat the hell out of my car enough this week but might not mind watching . Did you have any idea what time you might be heading down there at?

Permafried - I'll be convoying down around 4pm from toronto/mississauga with stops along the way in Kitchener.

There will be a 14.1 N/A 3400 Grand Am GT Auto, 14.8 QUAD 4 1992 Grand Am, and a true beast.

1997 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP.....bone stock on the outside (except exhaust). It has a full race motor and ran a 13.01 in it old guise with the supercahrger. It just got a custom turbo put on, makes around 480, and is too fast.

Alrite...I would imagine I can be back in town by sometime around 7 and then a 35 minute drive or so from the north of London to St. Thomas. My roommate said he'd be up for watching some races so if the weather holds out I don't see any problems with making it there on time unless I get hung up at the g/f's house. I could see if I could round up a couple more people...none of my friends have cars that would come even close to running with any of you but you can never have too many people out .

Will do I'll keep my fingers crossed I can round some of them up on short notice. My roommate is going to rush back from Stratford as well to head down...I should get him to bring is Civic I could run him all nite .

Just a word of advice I'm not 100% postive what roads you're planning on taking in but avoid highway 3 like the plague...it's been under construction for weeks and as far as I'm aware it still isn't done. If I get a hold of my one buddy he lives right on it so I'll get an update from him on how far along they are. I'd hate to see you drive your new black car through the same **** I took my new silver one through...every ting of a stone on the undercarriage made me cringe and curse .

If plans change I'll let you know but as of right now I fully intended to drop by. Hopefully the weather holds out . I'll be pulling up in a silver LS...can't miss it!

Unfortunately I can't, I am picking up a passanger who is comming with me to the track. She lives in Kitchener so I can't meet up with the group and head down there with them. Sorry guys.

 

Mike, just thought I'd let you know I talked to my friend and he said hwy 3 has been completed and is paved again so I'm going to take his word for it. I'd still keep my eyes open for any random junk on the road but it looks like if you were planning to take hwy 3 into St. Thomas you shouldn't run into any mud holes anymore .
