Hello

I am going to be picking up a unit tomorrow (Boxing Day or the day after).. I am looking to see if anyone has had experiances with both of these (or 1 of the 2)...

If I pick up the XM Radio.. I am probably going to use my cousin's address that lives in the U.S... Cause I have heard about people registering the unit with an address in the U.S. cause they get better stations then us in Canada.. If anyone know how true this is if you can let me know that would be great... Just something I heard through the grape vine.. The unit I am going to pick up is the Delphi SkyFI2 until from futureshop.. I was looking at the cheaper one (RoadyXT) but this SkyFI ones has more options like pause, rewind etcc.. I was also looking into Sirius.. Now I am not really a fan off Howard Stern, so I mean sure I would listen to him sometimes if I got this unit.. But I wouldnt specificly be going this route cause he is on Sirius.. Alot of people are, the die hard fans... Anywaz if I get this radio.. The Satellite I want isn't out... So those are the units I have picked out.. Now any reviews would be good.. I would go with the $299 until from XM so I can use my stock radio.. But the thing is.. When I trade my car in for a new one in 4 years.. I can't really just take the unit.. Plus with the portable one you can bring it in the house and use it etc...

Well.. I found that if you listen to rock music....XM sucks

 

i've got sirius and i love it...but i like ther rap/hip-hop so if thats what your into its good stuff!

 

I personally don't like XM for the 3 months I had it.. I think there are wayy to many commercial breaks for satalite btu I also havent heard serius
