I met a guy with a GTI anyways and shot the ****.
The other cool thing is that it'll be like a huge meet.
If someone is interested in going, and signs up. Let me know, I'd love to carpool it there, split on gas. Flip for it. Just a thought

I've signed up. I'm in. I'm hoping for the plant tour as well. Actually, that would be the reason for going. While I can appreciate a good race, I'd love to see how they make these puppies.

As of today that weekend is booked for friends coming to visit me from Toronto..damn!
I brought my car back to Revenberg today..they want their tranny guy to look at it more closely next Tuesday to see if the slight grinding noise is drivetrain related. The whole thing with my 2.9 causing the belt tensioner to rattle was a joke. I put the stock stage 2 pulley back on and no change. Time to put the 2.9 back on...lol

So, you have to make 2 trips to Ohio over the summer..one for the race..one for the tour...haha

And yes, I was also at the Tec Golf pumping some slices.
Anyways, the asian saleslady that tended to me told me that they sold two yellow balts to two guys who were buddies. One of them parks it on the street behind the dealership somewhere. I never did figure out who the two buddies were.
