I don't have my car this weekend, that's why I'm pushing for a cruise next Sunday.

I'd go to St. Thomas if I wasn't leaving for vacation sometime later that week....too much travelling (gas)

Alright, we'll re-schedule the meet for another weekend then. I'll be in Sarnia next weekend for Bayfest, so I'm out for that. We can play it by ear and see what works best for everyone in the coming weeks.

It's tougher in the summer cuz everyone seems to have plans on the weekends all the time.

i did some plug maintenance and i painted the plate over the coil packs. so there are some new pics of that and from the less than satisfactory car show from the fourth. there were only two regular cars and the rest were all heavy Chevy's with huge rims and what not so i looked at the trophy's they were giving out and i didnt stand a chance so i deentered myself and got my $25 back...

man take it to dan kanes theyre probably alot better than revenberg
at least dan kane is familiar with the ecotec engines, whereas revenbergs probably never even sees these cars so everything they do is guess work with the shop manual

$0.02

Well boys, hold on to your Cobalt now, cuz it might be a collector's item in 10 to 20. It's official now that the current Cobalt name will only last one generation, to be replaced in 2010 or 2011 with this:

http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/...cruze_car_news

So much for GM establishing any name recognition whatsoever in the small car market. It's a sad day....

If it was engine related I would probably to Dane Kane, but I not crazy about their service dept. Revenberg is closer to home and I always stop by to check on my car...lol

Wow.. just around when my lease should be up... doesn't look to bad, gonna have to wait and see the price tag on it though. Need a 4 door car anyways.

Take a look at the Concept Beats interior pictures.. pretty wicked looking.

Had nothing to do with Revenberg's service....the front drive axles were not available. I think they were shipped directly from American Axle or something like that? My car will be ready for Thursday afternoon....finally!

Yea, American Axle was on strike not too long ago. They are back at work, but obviously have to produce parts double time for the cars being made right now, as to make parts for cars that are already sold. Cars like Darrens come last on their list, its BS, but you can't do anything about it. They must meet demand for car companies before they settle to make spare parts.

Quick question: would a 5 X 110 rim fit onto a 5 X 115 bolt pattern? Logic says no, but it's so close I figured it was worth asking.

I do have the car back, but changing the driver's side axle was not the answer...back to square one.

^^^^ You're talking about the guys from RTP. They've managed to get film permits and permission to close down Essex Way to film a racing movie. I heard last week was amazing, a huge turnout and a lot of fun (of course I missed it ) Anyways, they say they aren't going to allow spectators anymore because there were just too many. If you're interested in participating you have to email Macleaz some info about your car and he has to invite you to participate.
