awesome man, congrats Fidget. You should let us know when u go pick it up, I assume ur trading in ur cavy right? What would the dealership think if u showed up with 3 or 4 other Cobalt SS/SC's accompanying u and then u leading us out of the parking lot in ur new SS/SC? I'm up for that

Custom Grillz
So ya, I JUST finished installing custom grills on the cobalt...what a pain and the ass that was, but they look good, pending a few minor repairs...
I installed a bottom black grill in the air dam, that was easy and took 15mins to bend the APC grill to fit, paint black, and install. I also installed a new grill on the top grill...I cut the grey plastic grill pieces with a dremil tool, sanded, bondo'd, primer, and painted, and installed anoth black APC grill behind....looks sweet! (pending a few minor fixes, iscratched the new paint a little)...it took me ALLL ******* day, and most of that was th grill!!!!! was a pain in the ass, but I enjoyed doing it..you guys can let me know..

That would be cool though i dont know how many of you are willing to drive out to Erin Mills Parkway and the 401.
I went to the dealership in Stoufville who currenly lists having the car and there it was. Its funny though.. they have a note on the windshield saying that this is a high preformance sports car and will only be available for test drives for serious offers only.
The rotors are rusty so im going to ask the dealership to change them and the oil before delivery since the car was made on March 06
I am selling the Cav to a guy at work for $2500 he really wants my car so it works for me.. The dealership wasnt going to give me much for it due to the high mileage on it.
I will keep you guys updated.

Some of the guys/gals on the site are heading to cayuga on Aug 13th. Let me know if you guys are going? I'm thinking about hookin up with them and going for the day. Thay have like 13 or 14 cars signed up already. Some of the London boys too! Maybe Fidget will have his car by then??????

Ok so who's gonna be there tonight at Lulu's? I will be. And maybe maybe Permafriend from London, he'll be down in waterloo like 9ish or so he might stop by but not in his cobalt but prolly not.

Well boys family emergency looks like I won't make it tonight. I'll post up, or just show up if anything changes but it looks like I will be leaving work early and headed up to the muskokas. All this after I spent two hours waxing yesterday

Ok I'm freakin pissed.. the dealership who said they could get me the cobalt are claiming that the one that i drove up to see was sold.
I called that dealership and they said it wasnt so im gonig up to Stoufville to get my freaking car. Talk about being dicked around UGHH!!!!!

Wow, I just got my cobalt, all stock with some addon factory options.. I'd def. be willing to come out and shoot the ****, where is old Lulu's?

ANYWAY moving on just a reminder that it would be a good idea for everybody to bring a small FRS handheld radio to the meet so we don't loose people if we go for a cruise. I have 5 or 6 but I definitely don't have batteries for all of them I will probably bring 3 of them that have rechargable battery packs but if you have one please bring it.
