I can't wait till after christmas when I get my garage insulated. I already have a heater for it but with no insulation it's just a wasted effort haha. I'll probably use my diesel heater to get it warm in there and the wood burning heater to keep it a nice comfortable temp. Got a lot to switch over between the two cobalts...

How full was your tank? Keeping it full is supposed to help with condensation.

My car hates shell gas. I get kr when I use it. Same with husky 94 although I suspect that has to do with the larger ethanol content than most stations. May lean it out just a bit.

Do you use premium gas or reg?

If car is cranking but not firing you have bigger problems
If car is not cranking or firing its your battery or charging system

If the battery is low it may spin it but not fast enough. Which is a good possibility since caa got it going by boosting it.

Garret I will take option 1. It cranks and tries to fire but won't it will feel like its about to go then it dies. Gonna get a battery after work.

Batteries can be tricky sometimes. Especially after they freeze.

Went through the exact same thing last year.

Good stuff! Doesn't make sense why your car needs a block heater 4 winters later to start but let er eat.

I'm thinking moisture in your fuel lines.

Before block heater it was frozen. After block heater it was good.

True but i found that putting on the heater was actually easier then changing out the battery LOL

If any body needs a block heater 61.99 at part source

Got my intercooler mounted on Wednesday night and took out my meth injection. My good friend Chris got me all my little gaskets and fittings I needed so tomorrow is hammer down time to mount the turbo and charge piping.
