So disappointed.

Found a set of Nitto Invo's on Kijiji last week. My Dad owes me money for a car I sold him and agreed that buying me tires would be better than cash but he wouldn't give me a definite answer so I didn't contact the guy selling. Finally late last night my Dad tells me to call the guy so I wait till this morning just to find out the guy sold the tires last night.

Seems like that's always the way things go for me. Brand new set with stickers still on them for $500. 235/40/18.

So now I'm tire shopping. Maybe go with something with slightly better life and probably stick with a 225 to reduce sidewall roll. I just have no idea where to start. I would prefer a higher performance summer tire but not to expensive.

I don't know how much I'm getting for my car yet it all depends how much it needs to be road worthy again.

Well boys I think I have choosen Drag DR-33 Rims. Now only to decide on Gloss black, or Gunmetal. Thoughts will be appreciated keep in mind how it will look on a yellow SS

You got me thinking, and searching yet again for summer tires...

I came across a canadian online retailer which I've never heard of before;
tires-easy.ca

I just broke out my wallet, because i found tires that MURDERED 10-10 tires...

I found one of these guy's tires that looked to fit the bill - so I looked up info on the tires, as well as company info;
Company Profile | Achilles Radial

Has anyone dealt with their tires?

I already bought them, so hopefully any accounts are only good - but they seem legit, especially considering that prior to going out on their own, they manufactured for Pirrelli, then Continental...

...I also might have erred ~ I went with a slightly oversized tire;
it shouldn't put hte speedo out too much, and might help fill the stock tire gap a little;
