I can vouch for Dustin's exhaust. It sounded awesome! Not loud at all, just a real good exhaust note. I still think he's a retard for taking it off lol.

But if it ain't like stock, Dustin don't want it haha

My exhaust is loud-ish. Not nasty sounding loud, just loud. Ill put that special borg warner muffler on it soon

It also leaked terribly when you were here lol, although the 2nd time not so bad.

 

The first time it sounded like a Honda lol

 

The slip fit piece that was welded at the front of the catback broke and was just hangin out in there I hated every second of it hahaha

 

Lol yep all stock for this guy! Need cash for new cabs and a tune so selling some parts. I thought I was getting drone from the exhaust.. Didn't fix the noise lol. I still don't know what is causing it. Tires... Maybe a wheel bearing...

 

Know what'll fix that? ZFR with open dump

 

Oh I tried that. It didn't get any quieter. Hmm. Maybe a muffler delete?

I love my catless setup. Turbo's make it so much easier to get a decent exhaust note.

My favourite is when it just pops and crackles driving slowly through parking lots. Doing a 1-2 up shift just barely moving.

 

Stock exhaust sounds pretty good with a downpipe that's for sure.

I find that the elevation you're driving at makes a DRASTIC difference with the crackling - the lower the elevation, the better it gets.

 

Why bother with the downpipe
