man just put first hp tune file from term in my car, no data logging yet, car already feels and runs better. ltft went from trifectas -17 to -3.1 with the hp tune. cant wait to see how she is when its done. car just wants to go with a little push of the throttle. kinda scary at first lol. boosting to 28 psi apparently lol

Have had an issue for a while. Every time I boost hard I smell a slight sweet smell, most likely antifreeze. Nothing in oil, coolent level doesn't change. Not loosing any coolent. What could it be. Don't smell it any other time but when I boost my car decently

I'm gonna think I may be a banjo bolt not tight enough, but idk how to tell. Can't see anything. But I do see some discoloration on my exhaust manifold. Would coolant cooking on it make a rust like color.

So I took a look and o2 housing definitely has a dry baked on liquid pattern on it. Banjo feed bolt for coolent was a little loose. How do u torque it to spec? Can't fit any torque device back there

Mine leaked just tightened them down bought new gaskets and it stopped never installed new gaskets. I guess it was magic

Just remember it's a hollow bolt but it is going to cast

Did u get the smell to? I'm gonna get myself a torque wrench. I got an adapter now but it don't fit in tight places. Small one should fit in there. I don't trust tightening to tight on banjo bolt without torque wrench.

I stepped on them by accident. Ya I had the smell but mine was leaking so badly I could see steam and a small puddle under the car

Well I put a little antifreeze on the manifold to see what happens and when it's cooked and dry it leaves a yellow residue, so it's not the top one. I'll have to check the bottom and lines around there.

Term is tuning me, I may go down a little. We shall see. Power comes on so smooth, nothing like stock turbo where u got tons of torque right away. Plus he is tuning my torque down for me, so it will be around 400ft pounds, says I should be making around 445 whp . It scares me a little. But I don't get on it very often.

Go check out my video I just posted in the war stories section for some ZFR excitement Its on 26 lbs and 91, but James tuned. ALTHOUGH, I did look through the tune and there wasn't anything that stood out to me as a red flag lol

But blue butt dyno says car is pushing a lot more power than that trifecta tune junk I was running up till now . Never should have gone with them for zfr, waste of money

Lol yes actually that is true. The way the 23 was running though, I wouldn't have trusted 28. My trims on trifecta were so far off, a month of tuning and they never got better, fluctuated from -17 to -28 had both bov pipe on and non bov pipe. Nothing got better, term got them down to -5 with first tune and getting better. Something is wrong with that picture. That was my biggest issue. The power didn't impress me to much. Was a little disipointed actually. But didn't admit it.
