Andrew and I are going to be putting his springs on at some point this summer (I beleive that is still the plan). Perhaps we can get yours done at some point as well.

I think Wes offered to help do the work?
That would be great.. I'm pretty sure I am going to order the Pro-Kit soon. I'm hoping I can have tires and springs on for the middle of June test n tune to see if it makes a difference.

you have to send the company the control arms. truly it is the rear bushing that is not very good (there is a front and rear bushing on the front control arm)

I would see what GM did about it on the 08 SS. they addressed this problem.
"$1075.00" (675 if you send yours) - I saw that site earlier, and that scared me away, lol.....But yeah, maybe we can buy LNF control arms for less?

And Ryan / Jeff, I agree with both of you, haha, so there!

Edit.. Did some searching. turns out Eibach even has a "Drag-Kit" line specifically to deal with weight transfer but they don't have an application for the cobalts
Yeah I just know for driving around our town the drop with sportlines is too much. Pro kit levels out. I believe you will see a drop in the front over time as they settle abit. and leveling will be perfect or at least less drastic difference. seeing over the wing in the rear view maybe better then too but Ryan or Juan could tell you more about that. I had no wing with sportlines. the drag kit sounds good. I think that is why I got faster times than some or was it the lack of a wing? who knows.... LOL.

Neutrino you should run with out wing and with your new spoiler. did you get it or put it on yet?

Yeah I will help. of course. besides when I get my JEEP lift we may need more than two sets of hands for that bad boy. I am looking at some LONG ARM kits right now. I am thinking of calling it the "spyider" as you will see some amazing articulation out of this jeep. It may need a web slinger too (8000lbs winch..... LOL)

LOL.... or maybe a transmission.... why do you suppose mine and others have had failures. could be just a freak tranny but GM seems to think it shouldnt have more than 260lbs of torque. main reason for selling. but I was tempted to follow Kenny.

++75hp should max you out for a build. I think it is a good idea.

I love it. the trunk killed it for me to get one. really it is huge in a non turbo lancer but in the evo they put battery, washer fluid bottle, and full size spare in the trunk. floor is raised for the spare and big platic trunk wall insert cut the trunk size in to half. I can get my hockey bag in it. I thought that was good enough but to put all of our stuff in it for a road trip (4 people) was not going to happen. sucks. I wanted that car bad.

So last week I changed the fuel filter.. Paid $15 vs a very impressive $92 dollars from local GM. (I was in a rush otherwise I would've got one from Pablo)

This week... spark plugs.. and I got laughed at.. I was expecting a bad price from GM but they quoted $16, and I was thinking sweeeeet not bad.. and I said "thats all 4 right"?? And then he laughs and says no... (It was a friendly laugh though, all cool)..

Anyways... part source ftw..

So what does everyone think Im going to run at the track next weekend...?!?!?!

Going to be running...
- TUNE!!!!!
- Stage 2
- Ingalls Torque
- CAI
- Ported Supercharger
- 3" DP to Electric cutout
- 75 Shot Nitrous
- Front Slicks

I feel overheating and something breaking before I get a run in lol. I might just run it a couple times not spraying then try it out. Bad news Bears. Anyone gonna come out for a cruise and watch?

What kind and size slicks?

I'll say 14.3 without nitrous and a 13.7 with it. i might change my mind after I find out what kind of slicks.

I think it all depends if you can hook with those slicks and not send axles flying lol.....

But if you don't break, you should be in mid 13s with nitrous, high 13s without. Heat will be an issue, but no more so than any of us.

I think you'll be good for mid-high 13s for sure. If you can figure out how to properly launch those slicks in one tune&tune then you might break into low 13s. I'm excited to see what the car can do

Do you have any idea what your IAT is?
