So i got fed up and took my car to Jim Gauthier 5 mins from my house... And the result... Orion DID NOT program my car with the stage 2 flash, they only registered my vin with the techline as stage 2 which makes avaliable the stage 2 flash which then obviously has to be (but wasn't) programmed to the PCM by Orion.
They gave me a printout of "Current" and then "Selected" calibrations to show me that in fact the current was the incorrect one compared to what I was supposed to have. So its fixed now.
AND.... I have the 7000 rpm rev limiter now
Bad part.. I had to pay but at least I have proof now so I will be visiting Orion again to have this covered by them.

Hell, I even had my flash done by a Pontiac dealership, and they did it correctly. And they don't even have a single LSJ model car.
