I'm on stock springs, but I'm contemplating either buying coils now or a bunch of other small bolt ons

If I were to get springs I'd only want H&R since they are lowest, so no deal on the trade. Your prob better off finding a srtc low rise or highrist. Or bondo. lol

Hey guys I am all settled with MPI and it turned out that when I got rear ended it cracked the quick connector for the fuel line to the fuel rail, so that day it was leaking fuel and caught fire and.......BOOM! Its been quite the pain in the ass to get this all cleared up, but I am finally picking up the new ride on friday.

They not letting me take off any of the parts from the car, so I will not be able to get the shifter or the downpipe for the guys that were interested. So the only thing I have left is the extra K04 Turbo for $250.

What do you guys think of this.

My gov. job i use to have called me back a few months ago to work for them again, However at that time i saw lots of oppurtunity where i am working.

That oppurtunity has faded.

The gov job is a 4.5 half month term, paying 20 something a hour, pretty much filing old income tax records. You end up with something like 11,000 dollars all said and done after taxes rape you in 4.5 months, but then you are out of a job.

I could do that, maybe work at my dads shop at night a few shifts...collect some quick cash to pay off some debt and fix the car and then maybe go to school if i have enough money?

Or stay here and wait for a better full time job.

Thoughts??

Expanding on what i said.
1. Is there a chance the gov't job may ask you to stay on after. I have a friend doing the tax filing. She stated 2 years ago on a temp basis for 3 months and has been going there strong for 2 years straight ( still considered a temp no benefits)

2. Would this help pay for school?

3. would your current job allow you to take an LOA for the 4.5 months then come back?

And possibly but in this economy they don't hire much full time anymore

If i dont spend it

Personally I think consistent money is better than better money for a short time.
You should offer to work evenings and work both jobs!
Then go fast!

I don't want to go fast anymore lol.

I've already gone fast enough.

I considered that. I would make around 3600 after tax a month and work from 8 am to 12 midnight monday-friday.

but boy would i party hard on the weekend hahaha

That is Projekt's car. They are Progress springs which I actually just purchased from him a little while ago. Word on the street is Progress springs are no longer made. It's a nice drop without going crazy.

Nice car, color is great.
Checked the Progress spring site, they dont list the cobalt anymore like you said.
Are there any others you know of that are comparable? Cant figure out what to get.

Not right now you wouldn't lol. Just kidding Jordan haha. I would check with some of the vendors on here and see if they have any in stock still. I know a couple guys did that.

Ohhh guitarenvy you did a quick ninja edit! Did you happen to stumble upon some pictures of Projekts car in it's current condition?
