Well boys My first session of Kickboxing is done tonight! Must say I loved it. Very intense workout if you give it 110%. As for weight loss. Not a pound lost actually had a physical at the docs the other day and found out I am 30lbs heavier then I thought ****!! turns out my scale at home sucks **** LOL. So signing up for more Kickboxing (with sparring this time) and gonna try and change my diet I want to get to a lean 200 lbs.
You could try Doing a meal replacement for one meal a day and cut out fast food 100%

Well you don't need to go on some crazy diet but all crap foods come to an end. Biggest thing to stay focused on is grains, fruits, veggies and protein. You are going to want to eat 6 small meals a day. Just so you are content and not full. Doing this keeps your metabolism always working. Another big thing is cardio, cardio, cardio. I know the gym can be expensive so a cheaper route is when you don't have kickboxing nights go out and power walk or jog for a minimum of 20 minuites. 45 minuites to and hour would be better but you could work up to that. But eat healthy and work the body as much as you can and you will see results fast.
