No $$ down?? I think you must be mistaken. Not only is the buyer expected not to put anything down a lease take-over, but the VENDOR should be offering an incentive to those who may be interested like "I'll cover the next 2 payments" or an outright cash incentive, esp. with 21K in the odometer. However, I'll keep my eye out and I'll be sure to let them know it's "lady driven"

Well she doesn't NEED out of the lease but she wants out of the lease before she moves. And to get a Cobalt SS/SC with that payment would still require about $2K due on signing...so for someone that doesn't have a chunk of cash set aside but would like a SS/SC its a good deal. Or they could take this over and buy it out at the end of the lease and you basicaly had someone else pay the down payment and the first year for you.
