yeah im waiting, i orginally placed the order on the 13th and i mentioned in pm that i needed it asap and would pay extra for fast service... then the thing sits for a week and then they ship it and still charge me express post fees

I heard about the problems that you had.. they should have shipped it by UPS express at their cost. I tell ya... customer service means nothin these days.
