93-94octane stations in our areas.

Id personally love to find some higher octane in the south edmonton/leduc type area...

if anyone knows of any....
im sure any stations that people know about would be useful to post, so if you know of any 93-94 octane for sale, lets get the info out

Okay.. on calgary trail (I think) There is a husky near the ikea south common something I dunno lol... I'm calgarian lol.. anyways.. there is a husky going out towards calgary on teh left after the esso... I know for a fact they have 94... unless that's wehre you're talking about lol!

And yeah.. we are blessed with 94 octane at mohawks and husky's but I find if you run the shell 91 v-power stuff it runs nice too I seem to get a better gas mileage out of it as well!

There are 3 huskies in Edmonton that carry it, one on the north side, one on the west side, and one on the south side.

yeah apparently husky picked calgary to test out the 94oct market....and the tuners went nuts so now they are doing it everywhere lol
edmonton is just starting to see the benefits though.

and yeah 91 does ok...but im seeing a few degrees of knock in a small part of my RPM range and i want to see if the higher octane will smooth it out.

Damn too bad your up there cause down here at Sunoco we have 94 and even 99 at some of the stations! The 99 smells like cam 2 and costs like $5 something a gallon!

You know, I've tested to see my gas economy between the 91 shell and the 94 husky and honestly, my car runs smoother nicer, and longer with 91... maybe it's cause it's winter... I dunno!

My car runs best on 94. My mileage is crap so I don't even pay attention to that.

i find the same to, the car likes 91 over 94,but with my new cams I might have to run 94 especially with the tune.

its not the smoothness or mileage im after....im after the fact that with stage 2 and this freezing weather im getting knock.

and one of the first ways to get rid of knock is upping your octane.
