Im not sure how to get to the back parkinglot at Chinook.... I am a NE boy.

Ok. How bout 5 :30 pm at the McDonalds on 52nd Street SE. Its right near 52nd st and glenmore trail. Just north of glenmore trail. After we meet, We can cruise down 52nd to race city.

if thats the case, we might as well all just meet up at race city tomorrow night. get there when u can get there. Gates open at 5pm. Tech starts at 6pm Racing usually starts at 7.

I have a season tech pass so i dont have to wait in line like everyone else. but you guys will.

That wont happen. Alot of people bring the slowest cars there. you will be faster than half of them.

Alot of 16-17 second cars.

You will run low 15s if your stock. But its tonnes of fun. I really suggest doing it.

It's got some body damage, but the front end was so hard to replace because the car is rare that the insurance company had to write it off.
So if anyone wants some BRAND NEW carb'd 5.0 parts, gimme a shout!

But i'm SOOOOOOO NOT going to miss the fuel mileage

Cobalt Meet tomorrow at Race City in Calgary.

The gates open at 5, Tech lInspections for racing starts at 6 and racing starts at 7pm.

try and get there at 6-7 pm so you dont have to wait forever in tech line.

$25 dollars for racing, and 5$ to watch. You guys dont have to race but i would suggest it, its fun. And you do need a helmet.

 

I'd love to go.. if I had my Cobalt...
Perhaps the mustang will still pass tech, it doesn't get written off until tuesday and I'm dieing to take it back to the track. (tech would probably just laugh at me)

 

im there, cribbin in airdrie untill around 4 or 5 or whenever i feel like goin home, so i will probably be there around 6:30, dont feel like headin down in rush hour from country hills. but ill see ya guys there. l8a

Weathernetwork says showers during afternoon, but after 5 pm it is suppossed to be clear.

I think we might have another good air night and will be good to go for racing.

Oh btw.. there will be a 2.4L out...Blue one....... he likely won't race at the track though... he never does........ Some of you know who he is! lol!

 

Umm the engine damper did work.

but i think I was too hard on mine because I bent the brackets... I dont know If I will be using it tonight. But yes it did work for controlling alot of the wheel hop. Im gonna try and **** with it right now and see if i can get it to function.


I am busy up untill 5 so I wont be able to go for any dinner or anything.
