1) We would hopefully avoid seeing anyone get into trouble ~ or at least any kind of trouble that was in any way to be blamed on the lead car...
2) Mileage.
I am only too happy to help people out;
I have had people in my life help me out in times of need - it's crazy to think that just a little over ten years ago, I was virtually homeless... boy does time fly!
if some thing were to happen the whole group would know, and we could have pulled over and waited.
no;
Andrew (SuperSlow) and his girlfriend left the group first, then after lunch Aaron (Sunfire GT) had to leave to get home & help his daughter with a science project...
After Lake Lousie, I still stuck to "safe" speeds (I really cannot afford any tickets), and everyone ended up passing us in short order.
Andrew had told me that there was a Beyond cruise last year where they had planned on sticking to the limit, but the average speed ended up being more around 160kph - that was something I would never instigate, or want to be blamed for...
I had a great afternoon guys!
The only thing that would have made it any better, is if the last stop was closer to Calgary, rather than further...
I had some sleepy passengers... which wasn't really helping out my own cause
I haven't a clue.
This was a part of creating that second 'attendees' list...
Actually, I don't know if anyone else has notist this, but since that one TH's meeting, I don't even recall her posting anymore...
But maybe her sitting in her car while Jon, myself and her boyfriend talked about her car was a forshadowing... ??
