thanks guys! anything else I should add or change to the form? I'm thinking when people turn those in, doublelp and i could send out a package with a decal, maps, items to bring list, the display page, etc. What do you guys think of the 2 guests max? Otherwise it might get too crowded... and if they're coming they gotta pay to camp too.

on a windows pc, use adobe reader.
yeah. I was thinking if we use the CRE and Castrol we need to cover fees so that would be a way to do it.
i knew how the leader thing works. a map of edmonton and castrol or something like that.
the leaders from each area post up a meeting point and time fo rthe day of the meet then everyone from that area meets there and form there the leader hands out maps to the main meet, where you get a little handout of a map of the area and whats happening and we go fom there.
as for camping and stuff, each person covers themselves

Meh most of the radio will work together and I am going to take a look at that form right now
