Yeah we are. Another member is looking into it for me and hopefully we can get something out of it. We have to wait until next year in January to find out when and if we can get a day at the track. Or at least half a day to run and stuff.
If it is going to cost $$$, we will see what it is and if people would be willing to pay for the track time.

it would be nice to get mostly cobalts but lets be real here... if you got a sweet car and want to bring it out why the hell not... last year we had what 1 HHR, 2 skylines, and a few other non GMC cars.

Yeah I have no problem in having people with other cars there. We are just out to show off the car to fellow enthusiasts. There were some people at the meet last year who were asking when we were street racing, and I told them that none of that is happening and if it does you will be asked to leave.
But hopefully this year we will be able to get some track time at Castrol........which will help with the racing itch.

Oh for sure. And I am not expecting everyone from Winterpeg to make it out to the meet. But again if someone from Sask wants to organize it for 2010 they are more then welcome to do so! It is just easier for me since I am in Alberta to organize it here.

It's the western canada meet though. Ontario isn't western canada. They can wish, but their just not cool enough to be categorized as western. (just kidding, it's the geography thing)

I really don't see why we can't have other car enthusiasts at the meet. We all love our cars no matter what we drive. I have no problem with anyone else coming. So if anyone knows anyone who wants to come to the meet they are more then welcome to join us!
