I agree there is no need for street racing, but I think that maybe we should just work on the basic's like date and if were going to be able to get some track time in before we super expand and invite other people! BUT yeh lets make this huge!!

Well the date is looking more and more like July, but there is still a month and a bit left on the time for the poll to be finished so we have to wait for that. And as for track time, that is being worked on but again I won't know until the new year on that one.

I honestly think that should some ***-tard decide to be a tool and do some dumb **** again we simply say thanks for not respecting the rest of us... NOW GO THE **** HOME!
my 2 cents anyway...

Oh well I thought he was... I thought I saw him line up with us after that stunt... either way I still think there should be a rule / Offical rule stating it wont be tollerated and TRUST ME - I have no problems busting heads for those that violate the rules ^_^

Yeh, well I mean there are always going to be dumb asses along with some kid with a daddy who will pay for his ride and to replace tires. I don't remember who laid that patch in the parking lot had the same type of car that was with us in the meet SRT4, if I beileve. Anyhow we will need to try our best and if we have track time then it should cut down on the racing! Also would it be out of the question to have some awards given out during the meet ???

Yea, that would be pretty cool. Prizes something along a gift certificate to somewhere, or a cleaning bucket and soap, etc!

Well last year there were even a few cars that didn't even touch the interior before they came... dirty as hell, but I think that it would be fun to have a few different prizes for some different aspect for our rides. Maybe everyone that come can pay a 5-10 fee for the awards, I mena it is the price of like 5 coffee's at timmies, I'm sure people can afford it!

I like that idea jordan. sounds cool, if so then instead of meeting up at a parking lot then maybe look into a place with grass( like a park) have a mini show, followed by a cruise to edm. and castrol.

Well the thing with a park is we can't just drive up and park without getting permission, and that might take some wrangling to do. Now to have a show AT a park with lots of room for us to park would be something that should be considered, that way we do not take up space at say a busy parking lot at a major shopping center.

Yeh some sorta grass lot would be cool. Most all of the car shows here in Central Alberta are in grass area's. We should be able to figure something out! I'm not from Edmonton so I'm not too sure what would be avaliable to us! Also a organized cruise from one end of Edmonton to the other would be pretty sweet. Sorta like a route around Edmonton and then we could head to the track (if that is goign to happen)

There's a park in Wetaskiwin, 25 min from Castrol called By The Lake Park that should have enough room for us. I could check, it might be a little tight.
There's the CRE in Camrose that's basically a grass parking lot. Then there's the ashphalt one they use for the 100-footer every year too. :P
