should really do it on a friday or saturday, there will be more groups out and it can make for a fun and educational night, im just saying that from experience

 

We can plan for other meets at our first meet, Fridays I'm alright with too, but at later times.

 

Hey all ya wow this was a nice post to see!!! Ya I'm down being in the centre of Alberta (Red Deer)!! Ya I guess its all a matter of timing for everyone.. We have alot of 2.4L Coby's here but I'll be damned if anyone gives a second look, but hey this is about the Coby in general.. I've often thought about where to meet personlly here in RD? I say somewhere on Gaetz Ave, maybe 67th and Gaetz ( the Canadian Tire parking lot?) I would go and talk to the manager of the store property to verify and get permission as not to have a conflict!! Sunday night is great for me, although that is Easter. If I have no family to go to that night, than I am definately on. I'll have to find out what is going on over the weekend.

We couldn't do 8:00pm this Sunday (April 9th), could we????

 

I'll be into that too, not doing anything that day either.

 

Or we could do the 23rd (Sunday), if anyone else would join us!

 

I will be in Edmonton on the weekend of the 16th, it just depends on what the family is doing for Easter, I am sure that i can get away though.

 

Just let me know where and when, and I'll try to make it. The Easter weekend may be alright for me too. I am not sure yet. I have lots of family in town, and Sunday night is usually a big bash, but having to meet some fellow SS/SC drivers may be a worthy excuse for not making an appearance!

 

Ok, so date is still pending, but let's talk locale if everything goes to plan... any ideas?

Sounds good. I can probably make all three of these dates. Easter Sunday I may not make it, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for now.

 

Alright, I have been exempted from family obligations on the 16th. So I am good to meet in the evening on Sunday April 9th, 16th, or 23rd (or even the 30th I guess)!

So I am assuming Boston Pizza (170St - 90 Ave) beside WEM (NOT IN WEST ED MALL) is where the meet will take place with us arriving between 7:00-7:30 or as soon as you can get there.

Now we just need to confirm the date. Can we edit the thread to include a public poll (so we can see who voted for what)? Sean (Leafy) may be able to.

 

Ya if anyones coming up from Calgary or surrounding area and maybe want to travel as a group? Send me an email? I'm in Red Deer and we could just pack it..
