Keep in mind this is the canadian section of the forum so 137 = 150-155ish... then $25usd for shipping so thats bout another 27.50-30.00 cad.

still, less than 200 for a short throw isnt too shabby.

Think ill just see if the dealership can install it

Sorry, my mistake...By the way, I got mine on friday (they shipped it on wed, I believe) and put her in saturday. Very nice and LOVE the Hurst logos as well as the feel. I still have another lil adjustment to make to one of the shift linkages, but she goes into all gears quite well. Looks SWEET!!..I will try an post up pics as soon as the weather here gets a lil nicer.

Its easy to install....real easy. Takes about 30 minutes...please do it yourself, the dealership will screw it up
The hardest part is removing the shift knob....you have to pull it up which takes a bit of leverage. I knocked myself in the chin with the damn knob it flew up and hit me in the chin.

LMAO!!! Yeah, my knob flew up and bounced all over the inside of my car. Broke a piece of plastic tryin to pry it up though, good thing I don't plan on re-using the original. Make sure to mark the location of the shifter cable before disconnecting. I may need to adjust the left most cable still. When i go to shift to 5th, I have to bring it back to the left slightly to get her in.

Pics don't work sorry,
Removal Procedure

Important: Be careful of cosmetic damage to the emblem. In case of damage, replace the emblem with a new part.

Remove the emblem (1) from the top of the shifter knob. Including the black piece.
Cut away the runner protector in the center.

Mark and drill a 4 mm hole 5 mm deep into the knob, 3 mm from the edge (1) as shown.

The knob can be removed by screwing a self-threading plate screw with a flat tip (25 x 5.5 mm) into the hole.

Remove the shifter knob (3) from the shiftier spline (2) and shifter assembly (1).
