The Dodge Ram Heavy Duty Cummins Turbo is an inline 6 cylinder diesel engine that produces 610 pounds-feet of torque at 1,600 RPM and 325 horsepower at 2,900 RPM from 5.9 liters of displacement. With Common-Rail Direct Injection, this is one quiet diesel engine.

Maybe I haven't heard a new Cummins but they aren't as loud as the Powerstroke, but they aren't as quiet as the Duramax. Plus the LBZ Duramax has 360hp/650tq. But then again I may be biased since I sell GMC....

Either way, good looking truck.

You are Correct...

I now have 900 km on it lol. And it is still very quiet for a diesel.

Great thing is... there are no glow plugs.... it has a heated fuel rail. So it starts better in the winter and you dont have to turn the key and wait for glow plugs to warm up.

VERY FUN TO DRIVE.... i cant believe how much power it has too....

Yesterday I was towing a 10,000 lb IROC office trailer in the bush... and my truck would pull the trailer up a little hill... AT IDLE going abotu 15 km/h (In drive). I barely even felt the weight of the trailer the whole time I was towing..... the truck would accelerate almost as fast as without a 10,000 pound trailer.

I am sure glad I went cummins and not Hemi.

Your new truck is ******* awesome!

Holy ****. Either someones credit is really fucked up, or 0 down.

I just got a 2005 Bentley Continental GT, and I'm only at 1100 a month for 48 months. Geez

Anyways, here's my new biotch!

Well first of all....

I AM IN CANADA AND ITS IN CDN FUNDS NOT US!!!!

second of all...

you have to include these factors....

$5000 negative equity from trading in Cobalt.
$2800 for extended warranty (5 year/ 160,000 km)
$2000 for Life and Disability Insurance.

I paid about 52 grand for the truck before those added costs... with GST.

Not bashing just saying. Candian funds now are almost to equivlant of US funds since our dollar isn't worth ****. I might as well wipe my ass with our money.

Sorry to be the ***** asking this....

But what in the hell were you doing driving a Cobalt if you can drive a Bentley? And how does a $150,000 (USD) car only have $1100 (USD) payments a month? That seems low, even if it is being leased.

Anyhow, way to move up in the world!
