ive finally figured it out.
they are for taking pics of the rice you see out and about when you dont have a camera with you!

That is actually a stock car. The wing and hood scoop are all available from the factory. It is an appearance package you can order from the factory on that Kia. Obviously it is a total rip-off of a Subaru WRX.

 

haha we have one of those kia's around my area. His car is the same as that one down to the color but it's turbo'd.



He's running 5 psi and was smack talking the SRT-4's at our local meet last night what a dink.

Yeah. Kia had a bunch of cars in WEM on display about a year ago, and this was one of them. Pretty sad if you ask me.
