I was tired of the lemon I bought...I loved it but I was unlucky. I had a lot of electrical problems, tensioner broke (what a squeal!), and other stuff...I will miss her, but not that much!

 

Hey bud. can i ask where you did your trade and do you know them well. i am as well highly thinking about a trade at this point....i dont want to give up my s/c i love it so much but i cant argue about the amount of power a turbo can do without upgrading as much as an lsj.

i guess on that note. does anyone have a dealer here in edmonton they would prefer?

 

Well I got mine from Stedelbauer.. talk to a guy named Karoush. You can tell him Andrew Dickson sent ya Gave me a pretty good deal and I know they had 2 more on the lot just b4 the weekend. One's yellow with some kinda decals on the side (I forget exactly), and the other is sport tintcoat like mine but w/o the Rpd. He got me a pretty good deal.. just gotta stick to your guns vs the managers.

 

Ya I got mine from Melanie at Stedelbauer. After all the rebates it came to just under $22500

I like them, they are a small dealership that has been owned by one family for 60 years or so.
I got a black one. It will be in there tomorrow having the high rise spoiler put on. They had a yellow one with graphics on the side skirts and a red. I had my black brought in though.
You can mention James Brown as well.

Was shifting into 2nd gear driving normally and it felt like it snapped...sigh, won't shift into 2nd anymore...annnd some idiot opened his door into the side of my car! What a bad day! Only 3 weeks old!

 

lol, everyone and there second gear issues.. I was able to fix mine though.. I dont have warrenty anymore..

You broke 2nd gear already on a car 3 weeks old? Holy ****.. that's pretty weak if it's true Hope they're not all made out of paper And if they are, I guess that means tuning is out of the question unless I want a void warranty.. unless somebody knows a Gm dealer that'd look the other way even with a broken tranny?

ya I know...And I really haven't had a chance to test it out much. i think you would be fine with tuning though. I don't think they check that much. And it has to be proven that what you did directly caused the failure from what I've heard
