If any Saskatoon members are interested in training in mixed martial arts, we are starting up a weekend based training class at Bushido MMA with Graham Weenk. Saturdays will consist of Muai Thai kickboxing, and sundays being Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The program right now is a private session with Graham, not a great big class. It will not be every weekend, as Graham has other commitments from time to time, such as training, fights, etc. But will be every weekend that he's available.

Space will be limited to i'm guessing a maximum of 10-15 people per class, and price is going to be very low per person. Basically it's $45/hr split between however many fighters we have. so ya, it'll be cheap. Sessions will probably last no longer than an hour or maybe 2.

If you want to get into the sport to actually fight, this is not the class for you. It is strictly a basic instructional class for some excersise and for some fun, and a good hand on the basics of MMA.

i'd also like to add, that you don't need any prior experience. begginers are more than welcome. Some of us have experience, but there are also newbs joining us as well.
