However, due to the information provided here and the experience in sylvan lake, we have come to the conclusion that our experience in sylvan lake has left a sour note with our car club. We are going to explore other options for car meet locations in the alberta area rather than Sylvan Lake. Again, we appreciate your followup with your division and hope you can create a friendly environment for all car enthusiasts visiting Sylvan Lake.

a) show up in mass quantities and try again sylvan lake
b) find another venue

Pretty decent, but take it the other way. You're letting them get what they want.
What you wanna do is thank them for understanding and encouraging you all to come back. So thats what you do

All in all though, the letter was written with much professionalism and he seemed to atleast take some complaints seriously... Not what you wanted but it could have been worse...

so i think its pretty much settled that we'll be having another cobalt meet at sylvan next year just to yank their chains lol. that and to have all the sexy lady's drool over the cars

i personally think if we go back to let them know beforehand that way if we are harrased we can let the superior officer know... and tell them straight up "WE HAVE TINTED WINDOWS!!!"
