Yeah, there's one GM shop in Wetaskiwin that was killed, but we still have the other one.

Chad we have to get together for a cruize if and when I move here. Camrose is ok for cruizin as really its more about going slow then anything and besides theres that lady in the suv for photo radar on the main stretch.

I know theres a nice SST/C, purple with some decals parkin in the west end and a red Cavy all done up so far. Soo even if I move I still want try and come to RD and cruize!! My freind with the black srt4 is really doing alot of work on his car, lucky tard! Looks like alot of us are pretty busy by the looks of things?

Anyways all hope your all well and good. Remember, its only illegal if you get caught
For sure!! Is anyone heading out to the Camrose 100 Footer this weekend? I'll be there Friday for sure.

Yeah, that main drag photo radar is a bitch!

jordan didnt go, i blew the nipple for my MBC out of the coupler on the 1st run and didnt have the **** to fix it there. one of the black ss/tc's with just a TBE and gutted interior ran a couple of 13.7's. Alex (red NSRT-4) ran a 13.6 and this was his first time at the track!

Hey Guys I'm from Red Deer. Sorry i havent talked on here sooner lol. I got a 2008 SS/TC. I was at Castrol Raceway this last friday. I know I met some guys there who are on here but forget names heh.

It was fun tho, My best was a 13.9@106 mph just stock with a drop in K&N factory replacement filter, so basically stock heh. How did everyone else do?

P.S. - And for those who are interested here is a vid of me Autocrossing at the Red Deer Airport it was fun http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4XLIofZFYRI

No way!! Awesome man! Yeah, the guy driving it was a little strange too. He was all for the CVT... and then after the first pass I said, "CVT eh?" and he just kinda didn't say anything. Yeah, that dust was awful. Next time! Here's my timeslips:

The sensors weren't set up for 60'. Just 100'. That's how they do it every year.

As for Sylvan... Isn't that a bad venue? From what I've heard anyway?

Haha, sweet man!! Glad to hear you found a place. There's lots of new development so it's not hard to find one right now. Watch out for the laser on the main drag there... they like to park a van by Honda on the right side of the street in the service road. We're definitely gonna have to get together! You're about 20 minutes from me now.

By the way, you're not the first Camrose balt on here... https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/members/09blacklt-32665/

Thanks Dom, same to you..

I had a good interview at Canadian Tire yesterday, for a auto parts position which would be cool!!

And ya Chad man, I'll have to change my sig now . But ya guys I will have to come to RD cause its only 125 K from Cam as well which is not much of a drive. Theres a nice srt4 here as well a few SS S/C's as well. Anyways I'll keep in touch 4 sure!
