Red Deer and central Alberta chat thread.
no offense Rob, but Cam has had some major f-ups while learning to tune imports. do yourself a favor and make sure your not his first 370z to play with. he's a good guy but i'd hate to hear he had a 'whoopsie' with your car and blew something. personally he's a little to cocky for me to trust him with my car. but if i look at my car wrong it might throw a rod just to spite me too.
if you really want the absolute best tuning shop in alberta, look up tunerworks in calgary. they do porshe, audi, MB, AM, lotus, etc all the way down to the 'common' cars like ours. they did a cobb map for one of my coworkers STI and pulled 50+hp out of the stock motor. however they do require a first-born child as collateral while they work on your car. probably worth it, maybe not.

well tunerworks is the only other place to tune a 370z. I'm sure neither of them have done one yet. I'll check them out and see what they have to offer...but i still want more opinions on Cam's work. Probably wont be until the spring/summer that im going to tune the car. Everything is going towards the bike. Next month im buying a PCIII. I can download maps off of PC's website that were made for my mods but its just a canned map just to get the thing running smoother. I'll have to go to Echo Work...they have a dynojet and can dyno tune me.

I have definately heard of problems that people have had because of him, but for every problem there's like a hundred good stories so I don't know what to believe. You're right though about making sure you're not his first 370z. That would make me a little nevous. Its not like he'd be going into it blind, but you just never know how these new cars would react.
So here is my attempt to revive this thread! Spring is coming, the snow is melting and the cars are starting to come out! I am probably going to bring my car out in a about a month if everything goes right and the weather co-oprates! I have a few goodies going on.... What about you guys? any new plans for the cars before the warmer weather hits? Hope all is going well! Now ******* post haha!

I'm running continentals (sp?) right now. They came with the rims when I got them last year. They're not bad, but I wouldn't pick them if I had the choice.
