Suncoast Ramair Hood and Sport Rotors and Pads for Sale

Update:HOOD HAS SOLDI've got one suncoast ramair hood and rotors and pads off my 08 Sport for sale. I had ordered the ramair hood for the 2.4l but they shipped me the ss/sc hood by mistake. I don't have to ship it back, so thier screwup and my hassle could be your gain. Hood retails for between 650 to 700 american before shipping. I'm looking for 600 canadian and I would rather it be a local sale.

I've also got a set of front and rear rotors and pads off my 08 Sport. They were on the car for about 1 1/2 years. I just upgraded to slotted with hawk pads so I'm looking to move these. Not sure what they are worth, so throw me some offers.

Thanks for looking and any questions please ask.

^^ Sorry boys but thats where you are wrong. 2.4l has the intake opening on the passenger side and the ss/sc has it on the drivers side by the hood shock. You can see it in the second picture, the turbo ramair hood has the same fit as the 2.4l. Trust me, I've got it sitting in my garage and if it fit I would not be selling it.

Yeah they are sending me another one for free. I ordered the hood back in the middle of march and they broke my first hood, forgot to send the replacment and then when they finally sent this one last week it was wrong. Took 4 months to get the wrong one, it sucked.

doesnt matter where the intake is, the hood will clear the filter. Did you even try to put the hood on? I dont see what that cutout has to do with anything.

Its not the filter I'm trying to clear with it. Whats the point of getting a ramair hood if the intake hole is on the other side of the hood and does not seal with the intake??

i see your point on that. However having a ramair hood and thinking its going to help is all bs. You could have your intake hanging outside the car on the roof and it still wont help. I'm not bashing you but i just wouldnt go through the hassel of selling a hood you just got.

600 profit, not even close. I had to pay around 1000 with shipping to get the hood here, even with 600 for this one I still pay around 500 or so to get it in the first place. Haha not a chance but I'll take 250 for my rotors

I understand that the hood will have only a small amount of in gaining any power or increase in fule consumption but I would still rather have one that fits my car then one that does not. And they are sending me the right hood anyway so I'm not to concerned and no offence taken.

bump, I've still got the hood and I'm open to offers on it plus the rotors and pads also. I'm hoping to sell these sooner rather then later as its taking up space in my basement.

how is the hood a ram air for the ss/sc? the intake is by the foglight behind the bumper. plus the intake goes through a hole in the body of the car. i see no use of this as a ram air hood but i do like the looks of it now if they could make one like that that is just a regularopening to let more air flow over the engine that would be nice

As I don't have a ss/sc I can't really say about parts for it but I would guess there is a short ram intake for it that would fit quite nice with that hole. Although like I said I don't own one so I can't say for sure, all I know is the intake hole is on that side. Also it may not spread air on the engine but it does have two heat vents that help let out hot air from the engine bay.

I'm sure it can be done, although I'd have no idea how or by who.

Late night bump
