like the title says lets start planning for this meet in august so we can get a little more organized this time. lol. lets here some dates and times guys.

 

aug 11th or 18th??? or fridays 10th or 17th???

oh and prob. early so we can get a good spot to show off our rides .
idk what time everyone is willing to wake up though

 

any weekend date is good for me and ya a couple of us definetly have to take one for the team and head up early to get primo spots.

 

well my buddy lives down there like i said b4 so he can get us a spot. he just lives in the marina bay or w.e. its called

i'd say august 11th at 9am at the little grocery store there.

and calgary guys meet at deerfoot mall at around 7am since its pretty much right on route outta town.

 

If we go with the 11th I'm out as I'm in Ontario for vacation and back the 12th but the 18th works for me...

if ppl agree on the date I'll be there just as the 21st - Calgary guys meet at Deerfoot and do a train up to Sylvan - least this time we wont take the first left and wind up on the wrong street.

I would be up for the 11-12th, i wouldn't be able to make it out till after 6 on sat though. I am in Ontairio from the 15-28th

 

yeah the 11th - 12th works for me

 

well since it looks like its better for others - I'd suggest the 12th since I'll be back in town then... but again thats just me :P

I'd be interested in meeting up but then I work 7 days a week now but am getting the week of 13th -17th (Aug) off for my holidays then I work weekends.. I could pop up on a Saturday untill 5pm and see whats new etc.. Wouldn't it be sweet to see a row of Cobalts lined up on the side by the lake I think Sylvan is the best for meets in Alberta myself..

 

im up for any day, i just need to know at least two weeks ahead to make sure im not working

 

Alright lets run with the 11th guys seem that most people can make it on that date. I am gonna say that the edmonton guys should meet at ikea south side again at 7am, so we can get good spots along the lake.

And I can help take one for the team and meet up with that guy in Sylvan to help pick a spot. We NEED COMMITTMENT this time if we're gonna do it like that. Whoever says they are coming (up until 2 days before) better come so we know how much space to block off. Don't wanna **** anyone off there and make a bad name for ourselves now. Remember the bigger the better guys so lets see everyone out!

im in for the camping from firday night, make it easier to get a spot on saturday morning. can have a samll party friday night then party hard saturday, sounds like fun to me.how many people would be camping?
