very nice. I did mine blue and left the chrome on the inside of the headlight. I noticed you did yours all black, nice touch. I dunno about the reflector, but that's just me. Looks good. Did you leave the silicon on it and re-use it or did you scrape it all off?
how much you get those for? and I think thats the easiest way to get ahold of painted head lights. Way too much work when scraping the silicon out of it. so that's why with the second one I left it in and reused it, I think it got a much better seal too.
damn nice price. And 06Orange, its not that hard. I would go with baking them in the oven thats the quickest way. Then take it apart. Paint it how you like. put them all back in the oven and push it all together and let dry. After that you may need some extra calk around the ends but its really not that hard. Took me about 3 hours when I scrapped the silicon, then about 1 1/2 hours when I reused it.
Hey those look familiar.... u must of stole those from me. lol. U got a hell of a deal, I paid $140 and thats before I painted them. I say forget bakin, use a hair dryer and just leave that bitch on there while u pry them apart, keeps the glue soft with the constant heat on it. Lets see some final pix of these babies installed.

Sorry to bust your thread but I have painted head lights and one is fogging on me. do i have to take it apart to reseal it or can i add more silicone. or should i put it back in the oven to maybe help it seal better and if so at what temp and for how long.
I think you have to take it apart and re-seal it. Put it in the oven at 200 for 15 minutes. Should be able to pry it apart, wipe out the moisture then seal it back up, but be carefull not to get that goo on your lens. **** is hard to get off.
Thanks
