so i was browsing through some of the other threads and came across one of a guy adding led interior lights into his car, so i thought i haven't seen anyone else's simply because we all get together during the day and thought it would be cool to see what everyone else has done pertaining to lighting mods.

right now mine are just the 3 blue led's as i haven't had time to install all the others and im trying to find a place that would rape my bank account to buy the damn things. so here's some pics so far. i did all the work myself incase anyone was wondering.

i tapped into my fuse box, added an inline fuse with a 5amp fuse and ran all the wires and just used an unpainted bolt as the ground.

i like the bar under the dash,if you drop something on the floor you can find it.My only interior lighting accesories is a bic lighter.

 

ya i get that response from everyone. im gonna be putting 2 more for the rears and then im putting a bunch of single LED's around the interior just haven't decided where to put them yet

Yeah I was kinda thinking the same thing. An overnight meet or something where we all meet up at about 10 or 11 pm. Although that tends to garnish some negative attention at that time of night.

 

thats why we go camping for a weekend.

and if anyone is interested alot of cobalts and redlines meet up at the timmies on saturday nights by the roadking right off barlow by the staples just a little ways. we need to get more cobalts out there.

 

So my interior mods are as follows:

4 pc. Led Interior 7 color 15" kit with the ability to be expanded to 6 tubes (once I build the custom sub box the 2 other tubes will be going on it) This kit has the Mic for strobing to music as you can see in my video... the lights are a bit off the music because the sound on my camera apparently pics up quicker than the video...



Second interior light mod is the rear view mirror which I'm pretty sure you've all seen by now but WTH right...

I went a different route. Since going ultra white headlights, ive gone ultra white fogs, ultra white revers, ultra white license plate light, ultra white interiors on the mirror.

I have an orange LED kit to do the cup holder intall and looking into interior neons for under dash and under seats. Then outside Ground F/X

 

I Added Led Tubes Under The Dash And Some Free Single Led I Got W/ The Kit Ina Few Other Places Inside... I'll Try To Post Pics Soon.. Btw Mounting The Tubes Under The Dash Is A Bitch...!!!!! I Suggest Zup Ties And Back Pain Med Afterwards...

lol yeah thats what Outtamymind and I did with mine was ZIP ties it really works well and the mounting wasnt too difficult.... I also have 2.1 million color Plasma Glow Under Kit to go on but I'm trying to get some help putting it in since I'm not to sure where to run the wires etc.

I will be adding some small LED's shortly - STEVE / Outtamymind there is a place of 32ave by CoCoBrooks Pizza and Memory Express that sells BOAT loads of leds I cant remember the name but its something about "All about lighting" or soemthing its on the right hand side if your heading towards Barlow and its in the same shopping center as the Worlds Gym over there. I plan to make a trip over that way when I'm there Friday to check some stuff out and get some further ideas... If your round come with.

oznium.com is the best place to get led's and neons

 

ya if i have to i will resort to online buys but i prefer to buy locally much faster that way.
crappy tire had the ones that i have installed already but they were out of the dual 6" ones

 

i got mine from oznium in 2-3 days usually, im sure going thru customs would make it longer

I got some interior LED's both undedash and under rear seats... also some leds above the cupholder, under the radio.. plus a pretty cool led underbody kit... can go to the music and everything!!! but no pics! you will all just have to wait till you see me at night! Also now that i finished my rear deck its got a piece of plexiglass that lights up too..

ok well i guess you can see my underbody ones in my sig sorta....

 

Theres a cool cheap local shop here in calgary that sells the LEDs and u have to buy the parts and peice it together but yeah they sell the stuff in bulk and its pretty cheap I poped in there today and looked around...

The place is called "ACTIVE" its just up the street from the Car Salon on 32nd AVE NE. once I have a better understanding of how to do the wiring I'm totally going back there cause they have some really sweet shade of red ^_^ and they have all the colors... MATT they have an orange that when I saw it I was like OMG that would totally f*kin match ur cars color

 

All my dash ligths are red, radio, hvac, steering wheel, window switchs everything red.

 

how hard is to do the hvac and such? i wanna go orange inside. i think it would look sweet. and by the sounds of it James found some colour matching leds for me. thanks James

Tha backseat leds actually glow more than tha front, since front are under dash. Makes tha car look sweet driv'n @ night.
