I'm not sure I'll ever let mine go unless it becomes a major pain in the ass to keep around. This car is still a hoot to drive despite the mileage continuing to climb! Currently trying to get my goddamn retrofits working.

Yup still here. My old Sig was olivecj. I drive a 2007 Pontiac G5 GT Sedan Sport Red Tint Coat. I came really close a few times in selling my car but since i'm starting to see less and less in good condition Cobalts and G5 Gt's I've decided to keep my car as long as I can. I have full exhaust header back , intake and tune. In the process now of fixing/replacing oem parts that start to go after 13 years of use but the old girl is still fun to drive and more than quick enuff for me.

There's more chat on Facebook in the 'Maritime Ecotecs' group than there is on here. Lot more info here though. I just had the car serviced and it feels better than ever before right now. Honestly don't think I'll ever sell it. It's still a hoot to drive.

That's awesome brotha glad she is still running strong. Soo many people disrespect these ecotec platforms saying they are cheap cars blah blah lol. But the fact is that they have just as much aftermarket support as Hondas and not too expensive for oem or aftermarket parts. Down the road I might get a turbo kit or Supercharger kit from ZZP. But for right now i'm satisfied with the power its making. I'll definitely have to check out the Facebook Group. I have another friend who has a 2009 G5 GT and he has done a complete engine rebuild on his 2.4 ecotec its going to be sick once he gets it finished in the spring. Maybe we can get something going and meet in Point Pleasant lol. I haven't done that in years lol.

Just took a look on here after quite a while. Unfortunately I had to part with my SS/TC years ago. Miss that car everyday. Wonder if the guy that bought it is on here. Wingless 2009 imperial blue metallic. Id love to see the car again.
