Does anybody have a blackberry?
thats US tho. theres a differnce.
telus called me today and they were trying to sell me a black berry they told me $35 a month, plus and other $25 amonth for texting and caller id, and call waiting that stuff.
i pay $45 plus tax so soemthing like $53 a month for my HTC touch and thats 260 day time minutes, after 6 calls free, unlimited text messaging, unlimited pic/vid messaging, unlimited web browzing, call waiting, call forwarding, caller id, and then all that crap with service chagres, 911 and what not.

He told me that I can get ANY!! new phone in 27 days and I asked them about the blackberry and if that was included in that also and he said yes...and that they would put an deal on my service and so when I go to see them it is there for me to get the service plan for 33 a month plus the firste month u pay 25 which isn't bad
it is better the the older version?

correct, the bold is the blackberry 9000, the new curve is the blackberry 8900. smaller, sleeker and just as fun.
I just installed the checkbook mobile for the blackberry. Beats the hell out of keeping receipts LOL
hell yes...especially texting. buttons are so much easier to catch and the wifi is better too

I'm with telus too and they just wanted to see how my service was with them and if there was any problems with my phone I have now and I said no

if you text ur G/f and argue via text with ANYONE dont get the storm or youll be like "phone go faster i need to verbally assualt people without them thinking i cant think of anything to say" but no you get the little hour glass... ughh its so frustrating I LOVE my curve.
ahaha that sounds funny...that is why I made up my mind with getting the curve...Can't wait until April 21 when I get it for my own little birthday gift from the week before
The Storm Sucks. there is nonthin' but issues with it atm. get a Bold or 8900 as they are rock solid. The Curve and below dont have any much memory on them so they get slow and filled up quick.
the only problem is the bold they don't have yet at telus and I really hate rogers and Bell ..plus I already got a great deal plan though telus for the blackberry
this sucks because I really wanted the new curve more the 8300 or even the bold!
I wasn't impressed with the Storm from an enterprise side - for personal use it might be kind of cool if you don't mind the size (which isn't too bad compared to the other blackberries). I've had my 8800 for a while now and love it. Between the calendar and the full qwerty it has to be one of the best phones i've used.
The Curve is an awesome phone, especially with the newer OS on it. The size is far better and the keys are still comfortable size. I thinkg RIM does a nice job with designing their phones.
But in June I think i'll be switching over to an iPhone since my work supports them now
