Congrats! Nothing like being a home owner. regaurdless if it has a basement or not which its pretty obvious you do have one most ppl are still out there sucking off moms **** & dads dick up to 25+ these days, so don't let anyone tell you different! BTW place looks nice & relaxing, up keep on it looks simple too. I bought my house at 23 & it nothing special, but its mine & I worked for everything I got. Be proud of yourself eh

It does have a basement. 4 bed rooms, 2 full baths, a nice storage roo
, living room, kitchen, rec room, laundry room and utility room. As far as the rock yard, its part of the driveway. And its far from a trailer lol.

I just turned 24 a couple months ago so technically was 23 when i bought it. Your right, it is a good feeling.

In the end its a place thats yours and you can call home

I hated living in a apartment or renting a house. In the end it'll never be yours so why throw money away when you can put it towards ownership of somthin you can call your own?

winning on the basement call buahahaha

Renting is nice if you don't plan on living there long. I'll probably rent a house on my own once I get a better paying job until I get married, then I'll buy a house long term.

House looks great Rush! I'm sure you'll enjoy having a place to call your own, got any home improvement projects planned yet?

Thanks! A few things. We just renoed the laundry room and its almost complete, a new picture window is being put in next month, a few odds and ends. All the main things like the roof, windows, doors and stuff were all done before we got the house so thats a big plus.

Minus utilities I am paying $100 more for my house payment then I was for a shitty one bedroom apartment in geneva ohio lol. of course utilities are a bit more. I agree wth you on wanting to live there or a better paying job. I was making 10/hr when I got my house with a usda loan. got 8900 for first time home buyer as well. I plan on living here to terms of my 3yr contract are met then rent it out for a house with more property & away from civilization lol.

circumstances have forced many people under the age of 30 to move back in with their parents. it's not all about lazy kids mooching. many of them are college grads down on their luck.

It's better to start with a small home that fits your budget than having a huge home and being house poor. Congrats on the new home.
