Ran 245/40/18 up front last year with 235/40/18s on the back. Worked real good!
I'm thinking about running a 235/50/18 in the back this year. The 50 series tire in the back instead of the 40 is to try and absorb the bumps(Coilovers are stiff). This jump will make the diameter of the tire just about 2 inches bigger; and the car will sit just shy of 1 inch higher in the back.

Anyone running a 50 series tire on an 18 inch rim?

I would say probably not. Its gonna look like a jacked up truck in the back compared to the front. But if it works and does what you want it to. Why not..

And on another note.. I haven't saw your car floating around in almost a year. I own the silver TC that you ran into on the magazine a few years ago. I use to see your car every after that. And then it just disappeared ? Lol

Why do you have the motor out ? Did you have to put a new one in ? And if so... how come ? What happened to it ? Last time I saw you , you were in Cole harbour destroying a Honda off the line. Lol

Replace clutch for the most part, easy to drop subframe from bottom. I had trapped water in two of my sub frame bolts, it had surface rush on bolt and frame. I got real sweet control arm bearings instead of rubber bushing. Few other small things nothing major tho
