Greenfield Race 4, August 17th, 18th, 19th

Who all is planning on going down this month? The Bracket Bash is on Saturday, so even if you just want to get a few runs in, Sunday would be the day to go, as Saturday promises to be very busy. I plan on heading down Sunday morning, running sport compact for sure as I'm second in points, but might have to not run sportsman due to lack of money, as much as I hate to lose points there.

gebus... what was his 60ft time? and how did he get street tires to grip well enough to run almost mid 13's with 35psi in them?

They had a whole lot of traction compound down because of the rain earlier that day. With more traction and a less humid day, I'd say low 13s are easily within the cars reach.

kinda makes me wish i had my car there with that kind of track prep and tried pushing it a bit instead of granny driving it like last time. when mike was driving it last time we had similiar 60ft's and ET's. i could probably get mine to hit mid to high 13's as well :/ ah well

darcy has alot more practice than me. i should get him to take mine down the strip or go out there again and try a few hard launches myself.

Come out in September, Sunday would probably be the better day; ADRA is having another meet on Saturday and I think the Stock/Superstock championship is running too.
